My OWL Plan™ is intended for informational and planning purposes only. It does not provide official weather warnings, guarantee accuracy or outcomes, or replace your own judgment. You are responsible for your decisions and actions.

3. No Substitute for Official Sources

Always monitor official weather alerts and local conditions from trusted sources such as the National Weather Service and local authorities. My OWL Plan™ does not replace these sources.

4. No Guarantees

Weather is inherently uncertain. Although My OWL Plan™ uses reliable data sources, including NOAA and National Weather Service data, it does not guarantee forecast accuracy, favorable conditions for an activity, or any particular outcome. Insights are estimates based on available data and user preferences.

5. Use at Your Own Risk

Outdoor activities involve risk. Conditions can change rapidly, and decisions based on weather involve uncertainty. By using My OWL Plan™, you assume responsibility for your actions and outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My OWL Plan™ and its owners, operators, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, damages, losses, decisions made based on the app, inaccurate or incomplete information, delays, outages, or data errors. Use of the service is at your own risk.

My OWL Plan™ uses publicly available weather data, including data from NOAA and the National Weather Service, combined with proprietary analysis. NOAA and the National Weather Service do not endorse this product.
